On the night of March 27, the Russian occupation army launched a missile strike on an apartment building in the Kyivsky district of Kharkiv, killing 6 people.

Terekhov's direct speech : "A missile strike on the Kyiv region was recorded, there are wounded. We are clarifying the details."

Updated : Terekhov later added that a missile hit an apartment building.

In addition, the mayor of Kharkiv reported a strike by an enemy drone on the Kyivskyi district.

At 2:20, Terekhov clarified that the victims of the missile strike had an acute stress reaction.

Terekhov's direct speech : "Six victims in a nine-story building - all have an acute reaction to stress."

Updated at 7:43: This morning, rescuers reported that the number of victims from a drone strike on a residential high-rise building had increased to 8.
