On the night of March 29, the Russian Leningrad Region was once again attacked by drones, which resulted in a fire in the port of Ust-Luga.

Details : An airstrike in the Leningrad region was declared at around 2 a.m. Kyiv time.

Along with the announcement of the air alert, Drozdenko announced the possibility of "reducing the speed of mobile Internet."

At 4 a.m. (Kyiv time – ed.) Drozdenko stated that 7 drones were allegedly destroyed over the Leningrad Region.

Drozdenko informed about the consequences of the UAV attack.

Updated : Drozdenko later reported 27 drones allegedly shot down over the Leningrad region.

Also, according to him, the port of Ust-Luga was damaged as a result of the attack.

At around 7 a.m., Drozdenko reported 31 drones allegedly neutralized.

He also added that "rescuers are working to extinguish the fire in the port of Ust-Luga."

What preceded : On the night of March 27, Russian publics wrote that the Leningrad Region was under drone attacks for the third night in a row.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that after Ukrainian strikes on oil refineries in the Leningrad region of the Russian Federation, about 40% of the capacity remains.

Background :

- On the night of March 26, drones attacked the Leningrad Region of the Russian Federation, where the Kirishinaftoorgsintez refinery is located.

- The KINEF refinery was attacked on
March 8, 2026. At that time, the governor of the Leningrad region reported that the external structure of one of the enterprise's tanks was damaged during the fall of debris.
