Three civilians were injured on the morning of March 25 during a junta suicide drone attack on Kyat Tin village in Rakhine State’s Kyaukphyu Township—an area known as a hub for Chinese development projects.

The victims were identified as U Maung Mya Aye (39) and Ma Phyu Hla Win (17), both residents of Kyat Tin village, and Daw Malone (37), a displaced person (IDP) originally from Laek Pyin Dwein village.

The military launched two consecutive drone strikes on the village, the first at 11:25 AM and the second at 11:35 AM.
