On March 19, Police arrested two operatives, identified as Ravitej Singh and Balwinder Singh alias Ballu, of a terror module linked to Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) and Pakistan-based terrorist Harvinder Singh alias Rinda, in connection with the 2022 Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast in Kasol in Himachal Pradesh, reports The Tribune. One pistol and two cartridges were recovered. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Varinder Singh Brar stated that interrogation revealed their involvement in the blast, which was intended to create terror among tourists, particularly foreigners.
