Taliban Deputy Spokesman Hamdullah Fitrat said that on March 19, two civilians, including a woman and her child, were killed when Pakistani shelling hit a civilian vehicle in Kamdesh District of Nuristan Province, reports Amu TV. He said a projectile fired by Pakistani forces struck a civilian vehicle, killing a female doctor, identified as Anzira Sahar, and her 4-year-old son, Maihan, after they fell into a river.
