The airstrike hit civilians who the military detained in Yae Twin Kone village tract on 5 March (coded separately). Around 25 civilian detainees including 17 women and 8 men in two locations. 25 fatalities split across two locations (Kyaung Kone village and Da La Seik village), and coded as 13 for this event.
