BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – A Bismarck Police lieutenant says a suspicious device led to a response by the bomb squad Monday evening. Officers were called to the 500 block of East Bismarck Expressway to investigate the suspicious device. Traffic was diverted and the bomb squad was called. Lt. Luke Gardiner says the suspicious device was identified as industrial electrical equipment and not explosive or suspicious. The bomb squad was at the scene for about 10 minutes.
