One person was seriously injured and about 40,000 customers were left without electricity as a result of a Russian attack on Zaporizhia's infrastructure on the morning of March 19.

Direct speech from the head of the region: "Russians are attacking the infrastructure of the regional center. In some areas of the city, voltage drops may be observed... One person was injured."

Details : Fedorova later added that the victim was in serious condition. Also, over 38,000 household and about 2,000 business subscribers were left without power due to the enemy strike.

"To ensure uninterrupted operation, the facilities are being transferred to backup power sources," the head of the OVA noted.

Updated : He later added that power supply has already been restored for more than 83% of subscribers.

As of 8:20 a.m., 6,265 residential and 305 legal consumers remain without power.
