Three people were injured and a number of high-rise buildings and dormitories were damaged in a Russian attack on Odessa on the night of March 19.

Direct speech from the city mayor : " Prymorskyi district. Damage to 12 residential buildings was recorded. 2 injured people were taken to the hospital. Municipal services are clearing the surrounding areas and closing window openings."

Details : In the Kyiv district, a 22-story residential building and a dormitory of one of the universities were damaged. A total of about 180 windows were broken out. One person was injured and was provided with assistance on the spot. Work is currently underway to cover the windows with film and OSB boards.

A two-story residential building in the Khadzhibey district was partially destroyed. According to Lysak, utility workers have already closed the damaged windows.

"The process of drawing up inspection reports based on residents' requests is ongoing. In general, headquarters, specialists from district administrations, and utility companies are working at all locations," the head of the MVA concluded.
