Three dead in Tboung Khmum shooting, police say jealousy was the motive A 43-year-old man walked into a rice warehouse in Sirey Siem village, Tboung Khmum province around 8 AM this morning, shot and killed two people, then turned the gun on himself. The victims were Kim Leang Eng, a 42-year-old rice warehouse owner, and Sou Vande, a 44-year-old Interior Ministry police officer. The couple were engaged and planning to marry at the end of this month. Police say the shooter acted out of jealousy over their relationship. Authorities have confirmed the case as a crime of passion. Forensic examination of the scene is underway.
