On 6 March 2026, a suicide bomber affiliated with the Al-Hamid suicide force of the Hafiz Gul Bahadar (HGB) detonated an explosives-laden vehicle in the market near the Chashmai checkpost in Miranshah tehsil (North Waziristan, KPK). 19 people including civilians, children, and two army personnel were injured. One of the injured civilians later succumbed to his injuries. 2 fatalities (including the suicide bomber).
