On 4 March 2026, BLF militants exchanged fire with Pakistani army in the Karkh area in Khuzdar city (Khuzdar, Balochistan) after they set up checkpoints and road blockades at Karkh Cross and Mullah Crossin, seizing the miltiary check post, setting fire to a police station and a government building, and detaining police personnel. BLF claimed that three Pakistani soldies were killed and several had been injured. Fatalities unconfirmed with 3 fatalities coded.
