On 10 May 2021, an IED planted by Ansar Abu Bakr al Saddiq Brigade exploded targeting a Turkish military column while passing on Kafr Lusin-Bab Al Hawa border crossings road in Idleb countryside, killing a Turkish soldier and injuring eleven others. Another source didn't report fatalities. The attack comes in retaliation for the death of a child after he was run over by a Turkish forces military vehicle
