On 3 March 2026, Iranian forces (coded as IRGC by default) fired ballistic missiles at Israel. At least one direct impact occurred in Petah Tikva (Petah Tiqwa, HaMerkaz), injuring one civilian and causing damage. No casualties occurred. According to the IDF, munitions from a missile carrying a cluster bomb warhead impacted Petah Tikva and surrounding areas (coded separately). In a separate incident earlier in the day, missile shrapnel from an interception also impacted Petah Tikva, causing damage.
