On 3 March 2026, in the morning, UAE forces intercepted 1 drone (likely armed) fired by Iranian forces (coded as IRGC by default) over the Port of Fujayrah (Fujairah, Al Fujayrah). As a result of the interception, shrapnel fell on the JSW oil terminal in the Fujairah Oil Industry Zone by the port, causing a large fire. There were no casualties.
