Air Delivered event in South, Sidon area, Lebanon on Tue 3rd March 2026

On 3 March 2026, at approximately 5:20 PM local time, Israeli warplanes conducted an airstrike targeting a building in the Al Bustan Al Kabir area of Sidon city (Sayda, South). The strike hit a building reportedly housing the headquarters of Jamaa Islamiya (Islamic Group in Lebanon). Ambulance teams from the Popular Rescue Regiment were dispatched to the scene, and three individuals were injured in the attack. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) announced that its air force conducted airstrikes against approximately 60 Hezbollah targets across southern Lebanon. According to the IDF, the strikes targeted weapons depots, missile launchers, command centers, and other Hezbollah and Hamas Movement infrastructure in the Tyre and Sidon districts.
