On 3 March 2026, the Nigerian Air Force conducted air strikes against Boko Haram (JAS) militants along the Ngoshe-Pulka road, coded to the midpoint between the two locations, Bokko (Gwoza, Borno). The strikes were aimed at militia members fleeing after attacking Ngoshe town (coded separately). The strikes killed over 50 Boko Haram (JAS) members.
