On 14 May 2021, Israeli warplanes carried out an airstrike targeting a vehicle carrying weapons along the Syrian - Lebanese borders, in the area adjacent to the Lebanese Harmel region. Neither fatalities nor injuries were reported. Location coded to Al Qusayr.
