On 2 March 2026, suspected US and Israeli aircraft conducted three airstrikes targeting a security headquarters of the PMF (Kataib Hezbollah) in the (Jurf al-Sakhr) Jurf Al Nasr area of Babil. The attack killed one PMF member and wounded two others, while also causing material damage at the site. The strikes were part of repeated attacks in recent days against PMF units tasked with securing the district. 1 fatality.
