On 2 March 2026, in the morning, Saudi forces intercepted 2 drones (likely armed) fired by Iranian forces (coded as IRGC by default) as they attempted to target oil facility in Ras Tannurah Saudi ARAMCO (Ras Tannurah, Eastern). As result of the interception, shrapnel fell on the facility causing a fire and damages to the facilities. There were no casualties.
