On 2 March 2026, Iranian IRGC forces launched two explosive-laden drones towards Israeli controlled territory, one of which landed in an open area, likely in the Golan Heights or northern Israel, while the other was intercepted over the Golan Heights. Coded to Katzrin (Quneitra, Quneitra). No casualties were reported.
