On 2 March 2026, Fano (AFNM) claimed to have clashed with ENDF, Amhara regional riot police, and Kebele militia in Sasit (Mojan Wedera, North Shewa, Amhara), killing 44 soldiers and wounding 72 riot police and Kebele militia members (fatalities uncorroborated). The clash continued for four consecutive days (coded separately). Uncorroborated number of fatalities coded as 10, split across the four days and coded as 3 for this event.
