On 1 March 2026, in the rural area of Itabaiana municipality (Paraiba), Okaida members shot and killed five CV rivals. The perpetrators broke into a house in a rural property and fired against a group. Five people were shot and killed and a sixth man was injured. Some of the bodies were mutilated. The shooting was motivated by drug trafficking disputes in the region. Three suspects were later arrested. 5 fatalities.
