Air Delivered event in Tanintharyi, Ta Moke Chone area, Myanmar on Sat 28th February 2026

On 28 February 2026, in Ta Moke Chone village (Tanintharyi township, Myeik district, Tanintharyi region), fighting broke out between the Myanmar military troops and the combined troops of the People's Defense Force - Myeik District Battalion - 2 Company - 2, the People's Defense Force - Kawthoung District Battalion - 1, the Dragon Squad - TNI, the ADF Drone Force, the People's Defense Force - Tanintharyi (PaKaPha) and the People's Defense Force - Kyunsu (PaKaPha) while the combined troops were conducting clearing operations. During the armed clash, the combined troops fired heavy and small weapons and conducted drone strikes and dropped bombs. At least 10 military soldiers were killed during the 9 days of armed clashes. 10 fatalities split across 9 days (20 - 28 February) and coded as 2 for this event.
