One person was arrested in Culiacán, Sinaloa, in an operation led by the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection in conjunction with federal, state, and municipal authorities. According to official reports, the arrest occurred on the Culiacán bypass. Seven rifles, 15 magazines, and a vehicle were seized from the detainee and placed in the custody of the authorities to begin the corresponding investigations. The operation involved the National Guard, the Mexican Army, the State Police, the Municipal Police, as well as the Attorney General's Office and the Sinaloa State Attorney General's Office.
