Mexican Army Finds Explosive Device and Vehicle with Improvised Armor in Operations in El Rosario, Sinaloa. Two towns in the municipality registered simultaneous discoveries pointing to the presence of organized crime in the area. In Buenavista, military forces seized a vehicle with improvised armor modifications, presumably intended for organized crime activities. In El Chilillo, another abandoned car concealed an improvised explosive device inside. The operation was carried out by the Mexican Army in coordination with the National Guard. Both vehicles and the explosive were turned over to the Public Prosecutor's Office for investigation and destruction, authorities confirmed.
