UAV event in Ucrainca area, Moldova, Republic of on Sat 14th March 2026

✅On the morning of March 14, 2026, at around 01:30, the Air Operations Service of the National Army detected the unauthorized overflight of the airspace of the Republic of Moldova by an aerial object, which subsequently left the country's territory in the direction of the localities of Ucrainca (Republic of Moldova) - Novoselka (Ukraine).

At the same time, the Border Police was informed by the Ukrainian authorities about the overflight of the airspace of the Republic of Moldova by a Shahed drone, in the eastern region of the country, in the direction of Aleksandrovka (Ukraine) - Ucrainca (Republic of Moldova).

✅Based on the information received, the responsible institutions took all necessary procedural measures, including verifying the area where the overflight occurred.

✅The authorities assure that the airspace of the Republic of Moldova is permanently monitored, and all necessary measures are applied to prevent and manage potential risks.
