On March 8, four people were injured, three were identified as Chahidul Sharif (30), Salauddin Mallick (25), and Rajan Howlader (27), when an explosion occurred in a secluded place in Lotpar area of ??Barameh in Mustafapur Union of Sadar Upazila (Sub-District) in Madaripur District, while making hand bombs, reports Prothom Alo. According to Police, Mustafapur Union Parishad (UP) members Habib Hawlader and Idris Hawlader had been in a long-standing dispute over the dominance of Shamchu Sardar, due to which, people from both sides clashed with local weapons and detonated hand bombs in the area at least several times.
