The junta air forces have conducted a series of airstrikes on the surrounding areas of Dakai village and Kyin Ja Maw under Pauktaw township, located 16 miles east of the Arakan capital of Sittwe.

The airstrikes began at 9:10 pm on 6 March, utilizing 4 jet fighters and a Y-12 aircraft, as confirmed by a military source close to the Arakan Army (AA).

The junta soldiers attacked using 4 jet fighters 8 times and dropping 13 rockets from 9:10 to 11 pm.

Additionally, two Y-12 aircraft dropped 25 times and released 93 bombs until 1:49 am, added the source.
