According to local residents, nine civilians, including three young novices, were killed and at least 15 others were injured when the Military Council carried out kamikaze drone attacks on a home-based novice initiation ceremony (Shinpyu) and a monastery in Nat Lar Po Village, Kani Township, Sagaing Region, on the morning of March 7.
