On 26 February 2026, an Israeli drone fired a guided missile targeting 'Ali al Taher' hill in the vicinity of Nabatiyeh El Faouqa (Al Nabatieh, Al Nabatieh). Ambulances were dispatched into the area. Casualties unknown. At least 25 airstrikes were carried out by the Israeli Air Force.
