On 26 February 2026, Israeli warplanes carried out multiple airstrikes using concussion missiles targeting the heights of Hlabta town (Baalbek, Baalbek-Hermel). Casualties unknown. The Israeli Army carried out three successive waves of raids targeting the region, with at least 25 airstrikes were carried out by the Israeli Air Force. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said it carried out strikes on eight military facilities affiliated with Hezbollah's elite Radwan Force in eastern Lebanon. The IDF added that the targeted sites in the Bekaa Valley were used to store large quantities of weapons, including rockets, and to conduct training exercises for Radwan Force operatives in preparation for potential attacks against Israel.
