Air Delivered event in Bago-West, Kan Su Ywar Ma area, Myanmar on Wed 25th February 2026

On 25 February 2026, in Kan Su Tar Gwa village (coded as Kan Su Ywar Ma) (Nattalin township, Thayarwady district, Bago-West region), a column of around 70 Myanmar military soldiers advanced from Taung Nyo village and attacked the outpost of the combined troops of the Phoenix Defense Force (Nattalin) (People's Defense Force - Thayarwady District Battalion - 1 Company - 2), the Ayeyar Brother Urban Guerrilla Group (People's Defense Force - Thayarwady District Battalion - 3801 Company - 6) and the People's Defense Force - Thayarwady District (PaKaPha) Drone Force in the Tar Son area around 5:30 am to 8:30 am. During the armed clash, both sides conducted drone strikes and dropped bombs. Myanmar Pressphoto Agency reported that a member of the PDF was killed and four were injured. Khit Thit Media reported that 8 military soldiers were killed. 2 members of the PDF were killed which one of whom was captured and killed afterward. 3 members of the PDF were also injured. Fatalities coded as 10 (8 military soldiers and 2 PDF members).
