On 25 February 2026, Nigerian troops and CJTF fighters clashed with ISWAP/Boko Haram (JAS), killing between 4 and 8 militia members in the Shehuri community, also spelled Sheworam (Konduga, Borno). Other militants escaped with gunshot injuries, and the troops recovered one AK-47 automatic rifle, a pump-action rifle, as well as cartridges and loaded magazines. 4 fatalities coded as per the lowest available estimate.
