On 23 February 2026, in Ka Nyin Kyoe village (Kyauktaga township, Bago district, Bago-East region), the Myanmar military IB-264 fired 81 mm heavy weapons which fell and exploded in the village and injured a 35-year-old woman, a 59-year-old woman and a 43-year-old woman. Two houses were also damaged.
