On 23 February 2026, in Ciudad de Mexico - Iztacalco, according to witnesses, at least two armed men entered a doctor's office inside a pharmacy in Colonia Campamento 2 de Octubre and shot at five people inside. All five people were injured, including a minor. Later the same day, six people were arrested linked to the attack, including one minor.
