Around 22 February 2026 (as reported), in Mondomo (Santander de Quilichao, Cauca), Dagoberto Ramos FARC dissidents fired at a group of Indigenous residents, members of the CRIC organization and the Indigenous Guard in the Panamericana highway while the Indigenous residents were trying to recover a loaded truck, previously stolen by the armed group and release the kidnapped driver. The FARC dissidents fired shots at the ground and into the air, leaving two Indigenous people slightly injured. There were no fatalities.
