On 21 February 2026, Russian forces attacked an ambulance car near Uralove, Sumy region. When the ambulance was transporting to the hospital 2 civilians who were injured earlier by the explosive dropped from a Russian drone, the Russian forces struck the vehicle with a drone again. A health worker, a police officer and 2 civilians were killed. Police forces had difficulty evacuating the bodies because of continued drone attacks. An ambulance, an educational facility, a residential building and a civilian car were damaged.
