On 21 February 2026, at night, Ukrainian forces fired FP-5 Flamingo missiles at the Russian long-range missile plant 'Votkinskiy Zavod' in Votkinsk, Udmurt Republic. 11 people (likely the workers) were injured, 2 manufacturing buildings were damaged. The plant produces various missile systems like Oreshnik, Topol, Iskander, Yars group, etc. Local officials stated that drones were used for the attack, this statement, however, was disproved.
