On 21 February 2026, a suicide bomber affiliated with Ittihadul Mujahideen Pakistan (IMP) rammed an explosive-laden motorbike into a mine-resistant ambush protected military vehicle in Sra Darga area of Bannu district (Bannu, KPK), killing three military personnel, including a lieutenant colonel and a sepoy, one civilian, and the militant suicide bomber. Majlis-e-Askari, an affiliated militant group, claimed the suicide bomber belonged to its group. Total 5 fatalities.
