SAA event in Hidalgo, Tula de Allende area, Mexico on Sat 21st February 2026

On 21 February 2026, in Tula de Allende, Hidalgo, armed men engaged in an armed clash with police officers of the Attorney General's Office of the State of Hidalgo, resulting in three armed men being killed. The clash began in Colonia El Llano and continued until the assailants attempted to hide inside a building, although they were chased and neutralized by the authorities. Following the attack, the police arrested two of the perpetrators. The police was carrying out investigative work related to a recent discovery of human remains in the area, when they were attacked with gunfire. 3 fatalities.
