On 21 February 2026, in Leon de los Aldama, Guanajuato, an unknown number of armed individuals shot at people who were inside a house used as a barber shop on Luis Long Street in Colonia San Marcos and then fled on a motorcycle. Two men were killed and four people were injured. It is suspected that the event is related to a gang dispute (affiliation of the victims unspecified). 2 fatalities, 4 injured.
