On February 19, the Police and Indian Army troopers arrested a man, Sachin Kumar alias Pamma, from the Raipur area in Nowshera in Rajouri District of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), in possession of two foreign-made pistols (Turkey/China), four magazines, and 15 live rounds without valid documents, reports Daily Excelsior. Preliminary investigations indicate Sachin was in direct contact with Pakistan-based terrorists/smugglers and operating an inter-state and cross-border weapons racket.
