On February 15, an active cadre of Akato Chophy-led Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCN-Akato) identified as ‘sergeant’ Inno Mosha Pangsa alias Chang (23) surrendered before Assam Rifles in Khonsa town in Tirap District of Arunachal Pradesh, reports India TodayNE. He had joined the organisation on April 19, 2022. During the surrender, Security Forces (SFs) recovered a 0.32 calibre pistol, four rounds of ammunition, a walkie-talkie set with charger, and an appointment letter.
