Heavy weapon shells struck the Mann Thanpayarkan Oil Refinery and Defense Industry Factory No. 2 (Ka-Pa-Sa 2) in Upper Minhla Township, Magway Region, causing casualties on the side of the terrorist military, local residents told Khit Thit Media.

At approximately 1:15 AM today, February 27, the military-controlled refinery and Ka-Pa-Sa 2 came under fire. During the attack, three heavy weapon shells landed and exploded within the refinery grounds. One of the shells reportedly hit the staff housing quarters, leading to casualties.
