On 15 February 2026, clashes took place between police forces and unknown gunmen during a security operation in Fardos neighborhood in Aleppo - Fardos city, while police forces were detaining a singer who is a collaborator with the former Assad regime. Clashes resulted in injuring a police member. There were no fatalities.
