On 15 February 2026, Israeli warplanes struck an IDPs' tent west of Al Faloujah area in Jabalya Camp (North Gaza, Gaza Strip), killing 6 people, including Hamas militants [3 bodies were pulled from under the rubble on the 16th of February 2026] and injuring others. Also, Israeli artillery shelled the same location, casualties unknown. Additionally, Israeli forces detonated a booby-trapped armored vehicle and explosive-laden robots in the same location, casualties unknown. The IDF claimed they targeted operatives who were carrying out suspicious activity on the ground, approached their troops, and were therefore targeted. This event occurred in a Hamas-controlled area of the Yellow Line.
