On 15 February 2026, in Vespasiano (Minas Gerais), unidentified armed men in a car shot several times and killed a drug trafficker in a drive-by shooting in the Celvia neighborhood. The deceased was also the son of the president of the City Council of Vespasiano, a councilman from the PSDB party. The police suspect that the killing was in retaliation after a gang member was killed on 8 February 2026 (coded separately). 1 fatality.
