On 14 February 2026, SPLM/A-IO members ambushed an SSPDF convoy at an unspecified location in Kuacdeng Payam (location coded to Bus, the nearest known location in Ayod County, Jonglei State). The convoy, which was carrying fuel and supplies from Juba to SSPDF bases in Ayod County, was ambushed while passing through territory controlled by the SPLM/A-IO. Casualties unknown.
