A 25-year-old man has died after a fatal shooting at a fast food restaurant in the Nyfors area. During the night of Tuesday, police arrested four people under the age of 18 on suspicion of involvement in the incident. Two of them were later arrested and two were released due to their young age.

– Many people in Eskilstuna have contacted us and wanted to provide witness information, says Martina Gradian, press spokesperson for the Eastern Region Police.

The alarm came at 5 p.m. on Monday. An area around the restaurant was cordoned off. Security measures and door knocking were carried out in the area.

– We have several interesting witness statements, said Mats Pettersson, press spokesperson for the police, during an early contact.
